Hannah Fadinger

Natalie Hahn has been working as an employment lawyer for leading commercial law firms in Vienna since 2007. She studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Vienna.

Natalie Hahn advises on all aspects of employment law as well as executives, on drafting contracts and also their termination. Her practice includes labor relations law, restructuring, outsourcing & transfer of undertakings, litigation, advising executives and corporate bodies, criminal employment law (wage evasion and "social dumping", employing foreign nationals, secondment and temporary employment of workers, employee protection, administrative criminal law). Natalie Hahn is also an author and lecturer on a wide range of employment law and HR-specific topics.
